Put transfer film design-side down on your item. Press
Heat Press: 300°F, 10–15 sec, medium pressure
Easy Press: 320°F, 20 sec, hard pressure
Iron: 30 sec, hard pressure
Use Teflon (shiny) or parchment (matte)
Peel & Repress
Peel warm or cold, then press again briefly to set. Done!

- For polyester/blend fabrics: Lower the temperature to 250–300°F and shorten pressing time by 4–5 seconds (these fabrics absorb heat faster).
